From budget ceramic to large-format porcelain — we supply and install tile floors for every kind of space, with neat joints, tidy grouting, and honest pricing for every budget.
Tile remains Uganda's most popular flooring choice — and for good reason. It's easy to clean, resists humidity and heat well, and comes in a near-endless range of designs and finishes, from basic ceramic to imported designer porcelain.
The difference between a good tile floor and a poor one almost always comes down to installation. Bad sub-floor preparation, the wrong adhesive, or poorly mixed grout are what ruin otherwise good tile choices. Our tilers are trained to handle everything from budget ceramics to large-format slabs and natural stone in technically demanding wet areas.
Whatever your budget — a single bathroom retile or a full commercial building — we supply and install tile to the same standard.
Tile installation typically starts from UGX 25,000–50,000 per square metre for supply and install with standard ceramic. Here's what moves the price up or down.
Ceramic is the most affordable; porcelain and natural stone cost more but last longer or handle outdoor use better.
Large-format slabs and herringbone or pattern layouts take more skill and time than standard square-set tiles.
An uneven or damaged sub-floor needs extra levelling work before tiling can begin.
Wet areas like bathrooms need waterproofing membrane work in addition to the tiling itself.
Wide range of designs at the most accessible price point. Great for bedrooms, corridors, and rental units.
Denser, more durable tiles with a more contemporary look — a common choice for living rooms, kitchens, and offices.
Marble, granite, and hand-finished designer tiles for a distinctive, high-end result in feature spaces.
Exact pricing depends on your specific tile choice and room — we'll always confirm the real cost in a free, written quote before work starts.
Tile's versatility means it works in almost every residential and commercial space — and at almost every price point.

Everything Ugandan homeowners and businesses ask us about tile flooring — answered honestly.
Tile installation typically starts from UGX 25,000–50,000 per square metre for supply and install with standard ceramic tiles. Porcelain, large-format, and natural stone tiles cost more. We give a free, written quote before any work begins — so the price is clear upfront.
Standard ceramic tiles are usually the most affordable option, with a wide range of sizes and designs. Porcelain costs more but is denser and lasts longer in high-traffic or outdoor areas. We help you choose the best value option for your space and budget.
Porcelain is denser and less porous, absorbing less than 0.5% water compared to 3–7% for ceramic. This makes porcelain better for outdoor use, wet areas, and high-traffic commercial floors. Ceramic is typically less expensive and easier to cut for intricate layouts — well suited to interior walls and low-use floors.
Large-format tiles (60x60cm and above) make rooms feel larger and reduce grout lines for a cleaner look. Smaller tiles work better for curved surfaces and smaller bathrooms where large tiles look disproportionate. We recommend the right size based on your room dimensions during a free site visit.
Not always. Outdoor tiles need to be UV-stable and anti-slip, with a minimum R10 rating for safety when wet. We specify the correct tile type for each location — using indoor tiles outdoors is a common and costly mistake we help clients avoid.
For a standard 3-bedroom home (around 150 square metres), tile installation takes about 7 to 10 working days including sub-floor preparation. A single bathroom takes 2 to 3 days. Adhesive and grout need 24 to 48 hours of curing before light use.
Both options are available. We can source, supply, and install as a complete package, often at competitive trade prices, or you can supply your own tiles and we handle installation only. We advise on quantities to make sure you order with an appropriate wastage allowance.
Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove grit that can scratch the glaze, then mop with a pH-neutral tile cleaner. Avoid acidic or bleach-based cleaners on natural stone or coloured grout — sealing light-coloured grout at installation, and resealing annually, keeps it much easier to clean.
