Many floors in Uganda that look bad don't need to be demolished and replaced. They need renovation — a targeted approach that fixes what's wrong, resurfaces what's worn, and transforms the appearance without the cost and disruption of full demolition.
We assess every floor honestly. Sometimes a full retile really is necessary. But very often, we can apply microtopping over existing tiles, resurface cracked concrete, polish worn terrazzo, or repair a handful of cracked tiles — achieving a dramatic improvement at a fraction of replacement cost.
We take on renovation work in Kampala homes, Wakiso rental apartments, Jinja hotels, and Mbarara offices — transforming spaces that look beyond repair into floors people are genuinely proud of.

Straight answers to the questions we get asked most often about this.
Individual cracked tiles can often be replaced. If the problem is widespread, microtopping overlay over the existing tiles is often the most cost-effective solution — no demolition required.
Yes. We apply microtopping, epoxy coatings, or polishing treatments to worn concrete — achieving a completely renewed appearance without replacement.
Renovation costs vary widely. A microtopping overlay over existing tiles typically costs UGX 80,000–130,000 per m². Epoxy coatings on concrete may be less. We always assess first and quote honestly.
Yes. We assess water damage, address the moisture source (waterproofing), repair or replace affected sections, and resurface as needed.
Often very much so. A renovated floor in a rental can command significantly higher rent, often recouping the renovation cost within 6–12 months.
